If Obeying God is Supposed to Be Worth It.. Why Does It Hurt So Much?

Trusting God is easy when life is smooth. But what about the moments when everything feels uncertain? When fear creeps in, when doubt grows louder, and when the enemy whispers tempting shortcuts into your weary soul?

The ache of waiting is heavy. The sound of the ticking clock is so loud. But here’s what I’m learning, even here: God’s timing isn’t bound by my clock. God’s promises aren’t fragile because of my age. And God’s goodness isn’t late, even when it feels like my heart has been waiting forever.

He did this for US.

Let your kids see you run to Jesus in the middle of the pain. You’re showing them what it means to be held by a God who never lets go.

Maybe you’ve found yourself here because you’re searching. Maybe life feels heavy, confusing, or even just a little empty.

Motherhood isn't meant to be done alone. We need each other.

God, if You are real, hold my hand through this.

Boundaries are not about giving up on people. They are about acknowledging that you are not their savior.

We can’t outsource parenting. We can’t let church be the only place they hear about Jesus. And we can’t let distractions rob us of joy.
